I am 43 years old.

I've been helping people with their health and Sports Performance for almost 20 years now; training/programming, to some degree, for close to 30 years. I've worked with everyone from young athletes to the average Joe and Jane (of all ages) to a handful of elite level athletes. I have an Exercise Physiology degree the US Military helped me to obtain and I've traveled the US studying under some really intelligent trainers/coaches. My wife, Tiffany, has been a Nurse for almost 20 years now. She has done incredibly well for herself because she genuinely cares for people and has a work ethic second to none. We both work out of our home which gives us the opportunity to be with our little girl, Harper Rhea.

Our two car garage and large driveway is where all of our training takes place. The driveway butts into a section of our property that holds our monkey bars, gymnastics rings, ice tank, pull up bars, etc. My friend and fellow coach, Waylon Harrison, uses the space twice a week to host semi private movement classes for folks.

I use human development as a roadmap to help people move better and stronger. With this roadmap we can regress ourselves back into the fundamentals of movement to polish areas needing attention. For most of us, this consists of breath work, floor work, etc. Like most things in life, if fundamentals are a problem, chances are, everything downstream is a problem.

If you are interested, let's set a day and time for you to swing through and I'll explain and show you examples of how all of this works. At the very least, you walk away with a perspective you can test on your own, if you choose. The only thing it will cost you is your time and attention.

The Poseidon logo comes from my love of the water. As a teen, I worked as a deckhand on a fishing boat on the Texas coast. The US Navy took me to Virginia Beach, San Diego, Ca, and across some of the most beautiful Asian waters you could imagine. My favorite sunset is sitting on a surfboard in the mighty Pacific off of the coast of Nicaragua. I currently live within a very short driving distance of two river systems that I frequent as much as I possibly can.

My mom drew this thing up for me and then I had a graphics designer digitize it for me. I figured Poseidon made for a great symbol of power and grace. We’ve seen water destroy entire cities and we’ve also seen it cradle babies to sleep.

The windmill position the logo sits in is a position/lift the strongmen of old would use to demonstrate their strength.
